Playing eight popular airs accompanied by two bells, with 31 teeth in comb (complete), nickel-plated cylinder, direct-drive spring, spring-mounted star wheel, tune- indicator, tune-sheet and grained case, wd. 15 1⁄4 in. (39 cm), cylinder 5 in. (13 cm), working condition but miss- ing crank-key.
Hersteller vermutlich "Gueissaz, L'Auberson", mit 8 Walzen jeweils 8 Melodien spielend, 74 Töne im Stahl- kamm (3 Spitzen im Diskant fehlen), vernickelte Me- chanik, Melodienanzeiger, Plakette mit Aufschrift: "Plato & Co., Berlin", Gehäuse mit imitierter Edelholz- lackierung, Deckel mit Rosenholz-Furnier, Schublade für Walzen, Gehäusebreite 88 cm, Zylinderbreite 33 cm. Inklusive gebundener Ausgabe der Melodienblätter. Das Programm besteht vornehmlich aus Opern- und Operet- tenmelodien.

Possibly Gueissaz, with eight 8-air cylinders, comb with 74 teeth (missing 3 treble tips), nickel-plated movement, tune-indicator, plaque of "Plato & Co., Berlin", grained case with storage-drawer and inlaid rosewood-veneered lid, width 34 1⁄2 in. (88 in.), cylinders 13 in. (33 cm). Included with the musical box is the original bound tune program. The titles, mainly operatic, include the over- tures to "Martha" by Flotow and "Fra Diavolo" by Auber.

Gamme Nr. 2424, 8 populäre Melodien, 58 Töne im Stahlkamm (komplett). Melodienanzeiger, Original- Melodienblatt, Nußbaumgehäuse, Breite 52 cm, Wal- zenbreite 21 cm. – Gut restaurierter Zustand. Einige Dämpfer benötigen Einstellung, ein kleines Teil am unteren Rand des Kammes ist abgebrochen (ohne Be- einträchtigung des Klangs).
Gamme No. 2424, playing eight popular airs, with 58 teeth in comb (complete), tune-indicator, tune-sheet and walnut case, wd. 20 1⁄2 in. (52 cm), cylinder 8 1⁄4 in. (21 cm). – Good restored playing condition, a couple of dampers in need of adjustment, small chip on lower left side of comb – does not affect resonance.
With 28-note musical movements by Thorens, one play- ing John Barry’s 1966 film score "Born Free". – In addition: Anri carved musical bust of Wagner (inopera- tive). – Old shop stock.
